Chuck , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
Paschal Construction is categorized as the construction industry but we have constantly been more recognized for our Customer Service. If you were to view our Yelp 5 Star reviews and the direct customer remarks & responses you would definitely second guess our category. But that is not by surprise because our mission has always been Customer Satisfaction. We began with handy-man service then quickly grew to home improvement and renovation. Once our team and professionalism grew we were called into the commercial side of the business. With this growth we never lost sight of our foundation… Customer Service

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Most people who know the history of Paschal Construction would remember it was originally founded in Hot Springs Arkansas by the late John Andrew Paschal. My introduction to this was as a teen when he allowed me to come work with him. He taught me the basics and that stayed with me throughout high school, college and the military. Fast forward into adulthood, I had the opportunity to resurrect his company. By now I had a vast background in customer service and public relations. The customer oriented background that I now brought to the construction side made the difference in our growth.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
The construction industry is constant yet changing. Its constant in that there will always be construction and work.
The changes come in the technology and techniques.
But my new approach to include the customer service aspect makes our company set more apart from the standard. For example, Paschal Construction has project managers and a customer satisfaction team too. This customer service team actually calls customers to get a survey of our service and satisfaction level. This allows us feedback for our training.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
We have learned that our workers make or break us. As with many companies…You are as strong as your weakest link. So we have had to constantly improve on our team members. Thats our continuous struggle and journey. But we are winning more than loosing in this category.
