We were lucky to catch up with Christopher J. Calabrese recently and have shared our conversation below.

Christopher J., before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My family has been in real estate for over 45 years in NYC and has been involved in numerous aspects of the real estate business. Growing up in the family business, I started working in real estate at the early age of 18 years old and I never looked back. I truly fell in love with all the aspects of the business and its endless growth possibilities. In 2016, I founded The CS Organization as a parallel to the family business. I did this, for the sole purpose of making my own mark in the industry and furthering the legacy of my family. Since founding The CS Organization in 2016, I have expanded the firm’s capabilities to include three verticals: boutique real estate brokerage, capital advisory and the strategic pursuit of multi-family development in focused markets of Brooklyn. Over the course of my career, I have arranged the sale and financing of numerous properties and has been involved in real estate transactions throughout the United States.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

Referrals, repeat clients and our vast network who have experienced our level of service and have spread the word of how hard we work to deliver above and beyond.
