We were lucky to catch up with Christopher Delagarza recently and have shared our conversation below.

Christopher , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?

I Named My Company after my Kids. Sacast is the Name.
It Stands for Sabbastien, Angelica, Christopher, Ares, Sky, and Trinity.
This is the Name of My Children and the order they came to this World.

Christopher , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I was introduced to this field by My Cousin Roger Chavez and Gary Bottorff.. They taught Me how to do quality work. With time I just took off. I always tried to Produce number no matter where I was working. I am going on my 2nd Year as a Business Owner. Blessed is an under statement. God has put me in a position with the Right Companies to Win. I Would Like To Mention Jorge Barrera, Nick Mallory, Austin Rose, Darrin Johnson and Mr. Bettis as a Huge Part of My Success this Past Year. All a Big Part of One Global and Spectrum. I cover a huge range of Spectrums Work in Texas. I honestly try my Best to make every Job Look Amazing that I complete. If its an Aerial Job and I did it? You will know if I did it. It has to look Great or I didn’t do it. This Year I was sent To San Antonio to Clean Up Work, Wichita Falls for storm damage, and All over the Dfw for outages. I Love this Work and My goal is to Purchase a Bucket Truck this Year.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Outworking others in this field and always doing quality Work. I built a nice relationship with Most of the Spectrum Supervisors over the Past 7 Years as well. Hard work always pays off.

Any advice for managing a team?

Always Treat Others The Way You Wish To Be Treated. Sometimes a Leader has to step up and show a Apprentice how You got in your position.
