We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Christopher D Thomas. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Christopher D below.
Christopher D, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
Within the industry of marketing, most industry experts will say that continuous rebranding is not effective.
It’s absolutely crucial you learn how to excel over your competition … my philosophy is that businesses, both large and small need to “re+inVent” annually.
For example: One of the keys for professionals to stay competitive is to upskill and reskill. In fact, a report from Citrix found that 82 percent of employees and 62 percent of HR directors said workers need to reskill or upskill “annually to maintain a competitive advantage”.
When ever I get the opportunity to speak with an audience of Entrepreneurs and Business Owners … I ask them what about their businesses, are the products or services they provide any different? They must be rebranded, reinvented too!
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
This is a very loaded question, but a VERY good one. I say that the most important thing to keep in mind is to be “Authentic” … no one like a fake, a put on, someone not being genuine.
It will show in everything someone does or say.
Here are a few things we do:
1. Keep minds active and creative across your team
Nobody likes doing boring work, so if your team does the same stuff every day, it shouldn’t be a surprise their morale has fallen.
2. If someone is doing a good job—tell them!
The simple act of telling someone they are doing a good job can have a massive impact on their morale.
3. Communication
Feedback is one of the best tools a company can use to improve, but it’s essential for your employee’s growth as well. With so many employees wanting to grow and develop companies need to give feedback to help them.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
To foster brand loyalty, takes one (1) thing: CONSISTENCY
However, brand loyalty is stronger than customer loyalty.
Both customer loyalty and brand loyalty are built because people love a brand’s product, service and/or customer service, and think that a brand is offering significant value.
Customer loyalty, though, is about monetary value.
Brand loyalty, though, is loyalty that lasts regardless of price. Customers who possess brand loyalty will always buy from your brand because they love the brand. Even if a competitor offers a lower price, they still stick with your brand.
