Alright, Christine thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
Whenever I work with a client, I am always grateful and I know that it is truly an honor and a privilege to share safe space with them. I teach my clients that not everyone is allowed in their energetic space, and they will thrive when they surround themselves with safe, emotionally mature people who truly care about them. Listening to someone as they share their story is an extremely important healing practice for people who are struggling, feeling less than and lonely. Many of my clients are judged and told by others to suck it up and just get over something, however that is not helpful. These behaviors can damage someone’s fragile self-esteem and cause them to not share their pain, angst, grief and heartache with anyone else. I firmly believe that if you can’t say something nice to someone, be quiet. You have no idea what someone else is going through, and that is why I highly value the gift of truly listening, and being fully present, with people. I show my customers that I appreciate them by providing unique services tailored to their specific needs in the moment, financial support, healing information to take home and the freedom to reach out to me when they need to talk. It gives me great pleasure to help others, and I am paying forward grace and kindness that I have received when I was struggling.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I am a psychic medium, Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner and fully trained and initiated Shaman of the Q’ero tradition. I am a survivor of domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault, and I have been working with survivors for 30 years in many different ways. I am most proud of my clients who continue to grow, heal and evolve into the person they have always wanted to be- one breath at a time. I am Trauma-Informed and I offer multiple resources for anyone who is seeking help outside of my private practice. My practice consists of Reiki healing and attunements (learning how to practice Reiki, as well as Soul Retrievals, Heavy Energy Clearings, House, Property and Business clearings, Past Life Regressions, and so much more. Centerpoint Healing Services is tailored to meet people where they are in life, and to help them become their own healers as I always offer guidance, support and kindness.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
To build my reputation within my market, I continue to do my best to be a good, kind human being. I believe that words and actions must match for someone to be perceived as trustworthy, helpful and authentic. I volunteer with organizations and serve on boards to help reduce stigmas, educate others and to let people know they are not alone. I am constantly learning, maintaining certifications and giving of my time, energy and heart so people know that someone does genuinely care about them.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
To keep in touch with my clients and foster brand loyalty, I am always available by phone, email and text. Centerpoint Healing Services is built on faith and trust, courage and the unwavering determination to spread kindness and support. Life is way too short to play small and to think you can’t make a difference, and that is one thing that I remember everyday with gratitude, because we are here to help ourselves and others in life. Life is messy and overwhelming at times, and it is in those precious moments that I know that we can make a difference by sharing a kind word, smile or listening ear.
