Hi Christina, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.
The most meaningful project I’ve worked on is sharing and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to millions of people through social media platforms. My faith is so important to me, and I believe it is important to share it with others so that others have the opportunity to connect with Jesus on a personal and impactful level. I believe that my efforts to help people through social media platforms has been very impactful, and has resonated with so many people. I am so grateful and honored to have helped so many people and I give all the credit to God.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I got into the social media industry at a very early age. In middle school I always enjoyed posting selfies to Instagram and writing inspirational quotes on Twitter. Later, I got into videography, and I recorded my life in middle school on YouTube. Then, while in college, I decided I wanted to share my faith with others through social media because it was something that I was very passionate about. I wanted others to be free from all the negativity that this life can bring at times. I wanted to truly help people and encourage them to keep going no matter what negative situation they may face in life. I typically post every single day to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. I enjoy connecting with my viewers and seeing their comments saying that I helped them. I also am an entrepreneur, and own the clothing brand named Motivated With a Purpose. I will be launching the brand this year and I’m excited to see what the future holds.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
I really would like for people to understand God better. I feel like God has been misrepresented throughout the years and it’s important to understand God for yourself. God is waiting for everyone to draw near to him. We just have to listen and come to Him so He can help us. God is love and calls everyone to repentance and salvation.
For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
For me, being able to be authentic is the most rewarding aspect of being a creative individual. I am glad that others are able to connect and resonate with who I am as I present my authentic self on social media. It is a blessing to be understood, and to represent Someone who’s much bigger than me.
