To be successful in any aspect you must first be committed to a goal. For me, my ultimate goal is to do my best to get my clients to the closing table.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Christina Graham, Top producing Realtor with Keller Williams Northeast.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
When I first started my real estate business I was told by all the seasoned agents “Don’t focus on selling homes the first year, most new agents don’t sell. Just learn the market” That really was a bummer for me. I felt defeated before I even got started. At that moment, I remembered “My Why” which was my children. I begin to set up my social media platforms, passing out my cards, and introducing myself to everyone I could and asking if they were interested in buying or selling real estate. I would eventually earn their business. At first I received a lot of leads for leases. I know those leads would eventually turn into buyers if i did my best, they would tell all their family and friends about me, and they did! My first year I managed to sell 9 homes. I was so proud and at that moment I knew nothing could stop me,
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Communication. I’m always very transparent with my clients throughout the process. Everyone that has ever bought a home will tell you obstacles will come but it helps when they are educated of the process and know what to expect from the beginning.
