Christina, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you recount a time when the advice you provided to a client was really spot on? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)
The best advice that I can give someone is to move boldly as an Entrepreneur and do not give up. It is not going to be an easy journey and there will be instances that make you want to give up but I am here to tell you to keep going. Rise like the Phoenix that you are and pursue your happiness. Your creative mind will thank you in the long run.

I am Christina DiArcangelo. During the course of my career, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals globally for more than two decades. My passion has always been about people, specifically patients. As a Global Entrepreneur and CEO with over two decades of experience in various industries, including cannabinoids, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and medical devices. I also launched my personal brand in 2020, I am Christina DiArcangelo with a podcast channel and a lifestyle e-magazine called The DiArc. (www.christinadiarcangelo.com) Recently, launched my merchandise company Sparkle Sisters that will sell all of the candles and bath line that I formulated, Along with the clothing line and just recently launched my falsie eyelash line inspired by me in every facets of my life (www.sparklesisters.co).
Any advice for managing a team?
My advise is to be a service. heart centered leader. Working for your teams is imperative for your companies’ success. In all of my companies, I will roll my sleeves up and work along side my teams to ensure that a deliverable is met or in the case of us doing something brand new, I am there with them every step of the way. I am only successful as a leader when all my teams are working efficiently and are happy. Happiness is key. I am open to speak to each of my team members and makes sure to always push our buddy system. We are a family and we spend most of our waking hours working together.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I had established myself in the traditional pharmaceutical, device and biotech industry prior to getting into cannabinoid drug development in 2016. While I was not welcomed into the cannabinoid industry with open arms in the beginning, I am now the leading cannabinoid clinical researcher and have the leading clinical research organization, Affinity Bio Partners. I am very blessed to have focused on patient treatments and rights the majority of my career, I am on this planet to help patients feel better and provide them with a voice when they feel like they do not have one.
