We were lucky to catch up with Christian White recently and have shared our conversation below.
Christian, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
Deciding to go full-time with music production while I’m still in high school has definitely been one of the biggest risks I’ve taken, but it doesn’t feel like one singular moment—it feels more like a series of small decisions, each one pushing me to go harder, no matter the circumstances. I’m passionate about this to the point where sometimes you want to risk it all, even though I’m still in school. There’s no certainty in this—everything is unpredictable—but I’m trusting that if I keep putting in the work, things will fall into place.
I’ve been making music for as long as I can remember, but over the years, what started as a hobby grew into something much bigger. It’s not just about making beats or mixing tracks anymore—it’s my life. Whether I’m at home in my room working on a new beat, at a friend’s house collaborating , I’ve learned how to create anywhere. I’m always working, always thinking about my next move, and always looking for new connections. Music is everywhere, and I take it with me no matter where I go.
But here’s where the risk comes in: I’m still in high school, juggling my studies and everything else that comes with being a teenager. At first, it seemed crazy to treat this like a full-time pursuit, but the more I dove into it, the more I knew this was what I had to do. Every day is a risk—I don’t know if the next track will blow up, or if the connection I made will lead to something big. There are no guarantees.
I’ve spent countless nights working late in my room, sometimes pulling all-nighters just to finish a mix or work on a new track. I’ve sacrificed sleep, time with friends, and Family . to make sure my music is getting the attention it deserves. But the thing is, I can’t stop. I’ve gotten so far because of the grind, and I can feel that it’s only going to get bigger if I keep pushing.
And even though I’m putting in the work every day, there’s still a lot of uncertainty. The scariest part is that I don’t know what’s going to happen in the next few months. I’m graduating soon, and after that, I’m heading off to college, which is another big leap. It’s a lot to balance, and it’s a little scary because there are so many unknowns. But I also know that God has my back. I trust that He’s got a plan for me, and that if I keep doing my part—working hard, staying focused, and being true to myself—everything will fall into place.
I pray every day, asking God to guide me and give me the strength to keep going. It’s scary to take risks like this, especially when you’re not sure where the path will lead. But I’m trusting that as long as I stay faithful and keep my head down, working towards the vision He’s put on my heart, I don’t have to worry. The journey might not always be easy, but I believe He’s with me every step of the way.
Even with all the uncertainties, I know I can’t let fear hold me back. I’m going to keep grinding, keep learning, and keep making connections—whether I’m in the studio, or just kicking it with friends. I’m praying for the best, trusting that the hard work and the faith will lead me to something bigger.
So yeah, the risk is huge, but it’s one I’m willing to take. And I’m putting my trust in God, knowing that as long as I keep working hard and stay grounded in my faith, the pieces will come together. I just have to keep moving forward and hope for the best.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
About Christian White (ATLChris0 / Prod. Chris)
Hey, I’m Christian White, but you might know me as ATLChris0 or Prod. Chris. I’m a passionate, self-taught music producer and creator based in Atlanta, and I’ve been making music for as long as I can remember. From the early days of making music on Ableton with my dad, music engineer and producer Howard White, to now working on full-length projects, music has always been more than just something I do—it’s my calling.
How I Got Into Music Production
My journey into music production began when I was a kid and first started making music on Ableton with my dad, Howard White. A Grammy-nominated music engineer and producer, my dad always had a passion for music, and growing up, I was surrounded by that energy. I remember watching him work on tracks at Patchwerk Recording Studios, one of the most respected studios in Atlanta. Seeing him work with other artists and engineers, I was able to get a behind-the-scenes look at the professional side of music production, which had a huge influence on me. That initial exposure sparked my curiosity, and soon, I found myself sitting next to him, experimenting with Ableton, and diving deeper into the creative process.
Even though I didn’t have formal training, I had the privilege of learning from one of the best. My dad taught me the technical side of things, but he also showed me the importance of feeling the music, understanding its soul. As I continued to experiment and explore, I began to develop my own style. It wasn’t long before I realized that music production was more than just a hobby—it was my true passion and something I wanted to pursue full-time.
What set me apart early on was my determination to make something unique. I wasn’t just trying to create beats—I was trying to create a sound that reflected who I was. Over time, as I honed my skills, I began finding my voice as a producer. I may not have had all the resources and connections that others did, but my passion and relentless work ethic pushed me forward. Through sleepless nights and endless hours experimenting on Ableton, I crafted beats that spoke to me and eventually resonated with others.
The Work I Do
Now, I’m a full-time producer and artist, specializing in a variety of genres—hip-hop, R&B, trap, pop, and more. Whether I’m crafting hard-hitting beats, smooth atmospheric vibes, or experimenting with new sounds, my goal is to create music that connects emotionally. Music is all about feeling, and I strive to capture that in every track I produce.
What sets me apart is my hands-on approach and ability to adapt to each artist’s needs. I’m not just about handing over a beat and walking away—I’m here to collaborate, to guide, and to help you realize your vision. Music production isn’t just about the sound; it’s about building relationships and making something that truly resonates with your audience.
The Problems I Solve
I understand that many artists are looking for more than just generic beats—they want music that represents their identity and vision. A lot of artists struggle to find producers who are truly invested in their journey. That’s where I come in.
What I’m Most Proud Of
One of the things I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve built with artist. The relationships I’ve developed have been a huge part of my journey. Whether I’m collaborating with up-and-coming artists or working with people who have more experience in the industry, I take pride in being a part of their growth. Seeing the music I’ve created with them come to life, whether it’s a track that gets major attention or an album that really speaks to their audience, is incredibly fulfilling.
I’m also proud of how far I’ve come as an artist and producer while still balancing high school. Music is a full-time hustle, and I’ve had to juggle late nights in the studio or with schoolwork, deadlines, and growing my brand. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s taught me discipline, focus, and how to make every moment count.
What I Want You to Know About Me a
If there’s one thing I want potential artist, followers, to know about me, it’s that I’m here for the long haul. Music is my passion, and I’m dedicated to my craft. I’m not just looking for one-off collaborations or quick projects—I want to build long-lasting relationships with artists who are serious about their growth and their sound. I’m here to help you make music that truly represents who you are and connects with your audience.
I’m all about being real, being authentic, and always staying true to the craft. Whether I’m in the studio late at night or meeting up with an artist to discuss their next project, I’m fully invested in bringing out the best in them. And, of course, I believe in the power of faith. I trust that with God’s guidance, everything will fall into place, and my hard work will eventually pay off. I’m not just here to make music—I’m here to make an impact.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
The driving force behind my creative journey is simple, yet powerful: it’s about building a life that’s not only successful but fulfilling. For me, it’s not just about getting signed or achieving fame—though those things are definitely part of the dream. It’s about making a real impact through my music, creating something people can connect with, and building a career that allows me to give back to the people who’ve supported me.
First and foremost, I want to help my family. They’ve always been there for me, supporting me every step of the way, and I want to make sure they never have to worry again. Whether it’s financial stability or just being able to share the blessings that come my way, my goal is to provide for them in ways that make life easier and more fulfilling.
God also plays a huge role in driving me forward. My faith keeps me grounded and reminds me that my purpose is bigger than just my own ambitions. I trust that with His guidance, everything I do is part of a greater plan, and I believe that He is opening doors and leading me toward the right opportunities. Knowing that God has my back gives me the confidence to keep pushing, even when things get tough, and it’s what keeps me focused on staying true to myself and my purpose.
On top of that, I want to travel the world, meet new artists, and learn from different cultures and sounds. The journey is just as important as the destination. I’m passionate about connecting with like-minded creatives who inspire me to grow as an artist and a person. Music has always been my way to express myself, but it’s also the gateway to experiencing new places, meeting new people, and just living life to the fullest.
In the end, it’s about more than just the accolades. It’s about enjoying the ride, having fun with the process, and continuing to build something that lasts—something that can be shared with others, inspire them, and create a ripple effect far beyond just myself.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building my audience on social media has been a journey, and honestly, it’s something that’s still evolving every day. But looking back, I realize there were a few key steps and principles that helped me grow my presence and connect with people who genuinely care about my music and my journey.
When I first started out, I didn’t have a massive following or any viral moments. I wasn’t trying to be someone I wasn’t, and I definitely wasn’t looking for shortcuts. What really mattered was consistency and staying true to who I am. I was in the studio late at night, posting snippets of my beats or tracks on Instagram (atlchris0). It wasn’t about having the perfect content—it was about showing my process and connecting with people who resonated with my hustle.
One of the most important things I learned early on is that social media isn’t just about posting your finished work—it’s about giving your audience a peek behind the curtain. Whether it was a quick clip of me in the studio, working with artists, or just vibing with my team, people started to follow me not just because of my music but because they felt like they were on the journey with me. They saw the grind, the late nights, the highs, and the lows, and they became invested in my story.
Another thing that really helped me build my audience was engagement. I made it a point to interact with anyone who commented, shared, or DM’d me. Whether they were fans or fellow artists, I always tried to respond and keep the conversation going. Social media is a two-way street—if you want to build an audience, you’ve got to put in the effort to engage and connect. I found that the more authentic I was, the more people were drawn to me.
Collaborating with other artists and producers also played a huge role. I made it a point to network online and connect with like-minded creators. Whether it was through sharing each other’s music, tagging each other in posts, or just building genuine relationships, collaboration has been key in expanding my reach and growing my community. When you’re starting out, it’s not just about the content you create, but also about who you connect with and how you can support one another.
Lastly, I stayed consistent with my content and stayed true to my values. I didn’t try to chase trends or make content just for the sake of getting likes. Instead, I focused on building my own voice and being consistent with that. Whether it was posting beats, offering music production tips, or sharing my personal experiences, I made sure that everything I shared felt authentic and aligned with my mission.
Advice for Those Just Starting to Build a Social Media Presence
Be Consistent: This is key. Whether it’s posting every day or a few times a week, keep showing up. Social media is about staying in front of your audience, so consistency is what keeps people engaged. Don’t just post when it’s convenient—make it part of your routine.
Stay Authentic: People connect with you when you’re real. Don’t try to be someone you’re not. Share your highs and lows, your struggles and successes. The more people can relate to you as a person, the more they’ll want to be a part of your journey.
Engage with Your Audience: Social media isn’t just about posting content—it’s about building a community. Respond to comments, answer DMs, and engage with people who support you. It’s those small interactions that help you build lasting relationships and a loyal following.
Show Your Process: People love to see the behind-the-scenes moments. Whether it’s working on a beat, collaborating with others, or just vibing in the studio, let people see your journey. Showing your process makes your audience feel like they’re a part of your success.
Collaborate and Network: Don’t try to do everything on your own. Collaborating with other creators not only expands your audience, but it also builds your network. Tag other artists, share each other’s work, and find ways to lift each other up. A strong network can help you grow much faster than doing it all alone.
Stay Focused on Your Mission: It’s easy to get distracted by what others are doing, but stay focused on what you want to achieve. Build a brand that reflects your values and what you believe in, not what’s trending. Trust your process, and keep your eyes on the bigger picture.
Quality Over Quantity: You don’t need to post all the time, but when you do, make sure it’s content that adds value or tells a story. Whether it’s a song, a story, or a piece of advice, always make sure your content speaks to your audience.
Final Thoughts
Building a social media presence isn’t about overnight success. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. But with passion, authenticity, and consistency, you’ll start to see the results. And remember, social media is just one tool in your journey—don’t let it define who you are or your worth. Stay grounded, keep creating, and focus on building genuine connections. The right audience will find you if you stay true to your mission.
