Alright, Christian Talavera thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.

My most success Client was my very first client who believed in what I did and that was to bring forth his Musical Ideas through Audio production.

It was his very first song that he recorded that got 25 million streams within a year.

The thing that struck me was that I wasn’t that great of a Mix/Master engineer back in the beginning of 2022 when we first recorded his debut single.

All of that said, the Song itself is catchy and has all the cool parts his audience loves
but the final mix wasn’t “Top notch” according bigger and better engineers.

So with that said that alone told me that as long as you have an audience and you keep practicing and perfecting your craft you can make a living off of your passion and it doesn’t even have to be that perfect

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

My name is Christian Born in Los Angeles grew up in Hawaii and now living in Texas.

I got into the music industry in 2007 when I joined/created a band called Forever I am ( A synth core metal band)
And from there I grew into writing songs and falling in love with the process.

But something also was building that I didn’t realize was building and that was Mixing the songs and parts together.

As the years progressed my passion for songwriting grew and grew and is still growing till this day.

Now I also help other artist by mixing and mastering their songs!
I love pushing them to their limits in the studio and seeing their face when thy light up because they didn’t think what they just did was possible.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

A lessen I had to unlearn was to follow everyone else or follow the trends instead I learned to try and create the trend.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

When I first started taking Mixing/Mastering audio seriously I knew I had to buy certain gear to bring me up to speed. I knew how to use all of it so I just put it on credit and set the goal to pay it off asap. And that’s what I did!

Get what you need when you’re first starting off but don’t go overboard
