Hi Christian, thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
My mission and career is rooted in the heart to serve others and help them tell their stories. God puts a story in all of us to help spread the gospel and love of Jesus Christ. God cave me a unique lens on life, and He has helped me show others how He see’s themselves through video and photography. If everyone can truly see and understand who they are in Christ, their lives can completely change for the better. I come from a broken home and a life of bondage and addiction. I felt unworthy of love and acceptance. Whenever I gave my life to Jesus Christ, he helped me heal from my past and walk in God given identity and authority that is given to us. Through that process of inner healing and spiritual awakening I saw an opportunity to help others that have gone through similar difficulties in life. The joy and satisfaction from serving others and helping them grow means the world to me. It’s also something the God calls us to do, and it’s a blessing to receive regular income by doing so!
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
For people who don’t know me, my name is Christian Lopez-Cordova. Born and raised in Austin. I reside in San Antonio TX. In 2020 while the world stopped due to a global pandemic, I found Jesus Christ and a beautiful wife. Since then, I’ve planted roots in the great Alamo city. I’m part of multiple local community churches and ministries and have my own evangelical ministry called “Along The Way”. I own 2 business, one a junk removal business, and my main business LightHouse Studios. This video production company is open to anyone and everyone! If you own a business and looking to expand your book of business through video, I’m your guy! Video is the best medium to engage your book of business and expand your sphere of influence. Outside of video, I also provide photography and social media management services. I will be able to tailor specific all inclusive packages for you and your business. What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
The majority of my book of business is returning clients and referrals. That’s largely due to good customer service and care. I am able to meet a need and resolve a problem so the individual or company can continue to focus on their goals. My heart is to help others and grow in my craft. With those 2 notions at heart I’ve been able to grow and scale! Another aspect that has helped me, is surrounding myself with industry professionals who are more established and willing to help me grow. Being able to receive constructive criticism has helped me during difficult times in business.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of my business/art, is seeing people see a part of themselves they didn’t see before. Through that self-empowerment they are able to push beyond their limits and reach new goals. Another part is helping them tell their story! There’s alot of individuals/businesses that do great things, but don’t have a voice! That’s where I come in a help “get the word out”!
