We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Chris Craft. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Chris below.
Hi Chris, thanks for joining us today. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
My ‘Open Your Eyes’ album is meaningful to me because it marked my return to music after a long break from music to help raise a family. ‘Open Your Eyes’ is my first album under my CRFT artist name and is an album that I think helps people with life’s spiritual struggles.
Also, my Lofi.Clothing website and merch line is also important for beat culture. My merch line represents the sonic aesthetic of lo-fi hip-hop music visually.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I make music to inspire people to do good things. I also want to show music producers that they can be the featured artist. Lastly, I’m excited to show people that you can value being a good husband and father in this music industry.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
I want to honor Jesus with my music. I know the eternal benefits of a life of faith, so if my music can serve people in that area, then I know I’m doing my mission.
We’d love to hear your thoughts on NFTs. (Note: this is for education/entertainment purposes only, readers should not construe this as advice)
I believe the technical, with smart contracts, and community benefits of music NFTs will help lead the music industry into the future of the Internet and Web3.
