Chloe, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you share a customer success story with us?
My proudest moment to date within my small branding agency is having my work featured in Ivory Coast through billboard designs during the Afcon 23/2024 tournament earlier this year. This was one of the most largest projects I’ve ever worked on and it was such a challenge. From the constant revisions, canvas resizing to implementing the original design concept for a loyal client of mine, I was so thrilled to have seen myself bring my client’s vision to life! I’m so thankful for this amazing opportunity.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
An effective strategy for growing your clientele is customer retention. A lot of people don’t take about this enough, but I believe the strongest glue to gaining more clients is retention. Word of mouth is a strong tool, and recommendations are spreaded very easily. You must give you clients the best design experience with your business and the satisfaction will be shared with other people! It will also help you to grow your portfolio too!

Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
I wish I knew about online networking events and masterclasses. These are something I wish I knew about earlier – I’ve gotten so many gems from other industry professionals, and I wish what I’ve learnt were adapted in my business earlier. Those would’ve made a huge difference,
