Today we’d like to introduce you to Chloe Samaha
Hi Chloe, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
During my freshman year, I was obsessed with optimizing learning—finding ways to absorb the most information in the shortest amount of time. This drive led me to secure an internship at a women-led private equity firm.
It was incredible: I learned a ton and was truly challenged. But most importantly, it unlocked a new fascination for me: understanding what processes a company can implement to unlock every individual’s full potential. And that’s what got me to start BOND.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not.
The journey has been filled with a ton of failures. I started by building a product without enough market research, which resulted in a cool project that no one wanted to buy because it didn’t provide real value. After that, I did extensive market research but fell into the trap of striving for perfection before launching. This led to building a lot of unnecessary features and delayed us by six months from generating revenue.
Advice I would give to anyone starting out: If you have an idea or solution for a problem in your life,
1. reach out to 10-20 people you think would benefit from your solution
2. update/iterate/innovate your sketches/mock-ups until they sign something committing that they would test it (ideally they pay a small amount to join a waitlist)
3. then start building as fast as possible to get an MVP in their hands.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
BOND provides AI-powered tools that help managers turn meetings into actionable insights, streamline feedback, and improve performance tracking.
We centralize data and automate processes to free up managers’ time, allowing them to focus on leading their teams effectively.
Our goal is simple: to help managers unlock the full potential of their teams.
What were you like growing up?
I was incredibly optimistic—I always found the positive in any situation. (sometimes it annoyed my friends, but that’s just how my brain is wired.)
I was also extremely competitive, determined to win at everything I did, even if it meant playing a game thousands of times until I got it right.
My ambition and confidence were sky-high; I’d often say that since Facebook was born in 2003 and so was I, I am the next Mark Zuckerberg.
Perseverance was another key trait—I never gave up until I achieved what I set out to do, something my dad can definitely attest to.
