We recently connected with Chloe Panta and have shared our conversation below.
Chloe , appreciate you joining us today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?
I remember going into work with so much frustration and anxiety. I was working in a job where I lost sight of my goals and I wanted to work full-time in my own business, but I failed before and I was afraid to take the leap. I also knew that if I continued on the same path, the cycle of getting a high-paying job to support my lifestyle but not fully enjoying it, I would lose out on my expansion to draw to me the passions I wanted to focus on, which to me were building a business.
I felt scared, I felt anxious and I felt pressure because I built a life around my jobs income and if I left my job to start something new and that new thing didn’t work out, all I built would come crashing down. And when I asked myself, “what’s the worst that could happen?” I told myself that I would just find another job, doing something I cared about until I was able to build my business to replace my income.
And that’s what I did.
I worked on building my blog and my coaching business so I could focus on what I loved and have less worry and fear about making a huge leap into the unknown.
I worked fearlessly everyday on my business. I took client calls and I acted as if I was already working full-time as a coach and hypnotherapist so that I could feel the feeling of what it would be like to do it full-time. And I loved that feeling.
I no longer felt afraid. I no longer had worry or anxiety. I replaced those feelings with security, happiness and ease and that is what I got in return.
My risk was leaving behind a job that no longer served my purpose so I could expand into my power to create my ideal life. It was a big risk for me because in my mind, everything was at stake. But if I knew that if I didn’t make a change in my life, nothing would change for me. I decided my future by creating it. For anyone who is considering a calculated risk, make sure that you always ask yourself, what is the worst that can happen, and focus on all the best things that can come to you.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m a multi-faceted entrepreneur, but for those who don’t know my story, I’m a Hypnotherapist, Mindset & Transformational Coach and writer. I provide coaching and therapy services to men, women and children who are looking for guidance in creating the life of their dreams when they feel it is out of reach. I support and guide my clients by using energetic techniques that can help transform their lives into one of abundance, manifesting the life they were meant to live.
I always ask my clients what would they do if they knew they couldn’t fail? And I get a lot of eye-opening responses. It’s like the light switch of their minds have been turned on and they have a new outlook on life when I ask that question. They tell me the most fascinating things and I love that. I love lightening people up and helping them see their world in a new light.
How different would your life be?
I feel that if people were happier in this world, the world would be a much better place. We could end hunger, homelessness and provide jobs, homes and food to everyone. We’d have no need for wars. We’d all live in a world full of peace. I feel it is my purpose in life to serve others and help them bridge the gap from where they are right now to where they want to be. I do that with my coaching and hypnotherapy techniques that have allowed me to help countless men and women, as well as adolescents, change their lives.
I specialize in a holistic approach to problem-solving and helping my clients understand that the life they want is within reach. They don’t have to stay stuck in a career that doesn’t serve their purpose. They are meant for more than that. I help guide them to living a life that they deserve and that they are worthy of having. All that they desire is already inside of them.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
When you believe in your services or products and how they can help transform or change someone’s life in a positive way, you naturally and energetically build your reputation as one of the best in your industry. When you believe whole-heartedly in what you do, you naturally attract others who need your services or products.
I feel that one thing that also helped was being present in my business. What I mean by that is, I focused on building my brand. I reached out to journalists and PR firms and companies to help build my presence as an expert in my field. I started out by using HARO (Help A Reporter Out), to pitch requests for interviews with large organizations to spread the word about who I am. No matter what industry you’re in, you need publicity for people to find out about you. HARO never fails when it comes to good old PR and marketing.
What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?
At one point in my life, I felt stagnant in my career. Though I enjoyed what I did, I didn’t love it. If someone presented me with a better offer, I’d take it in a heartbeat. I also, at this time in my life, was feeling that I was called to do more with my life with helping people, I just didn’t know what.
I had a business prior that wasn’t a success and I knew I didn’t want to go down that road again. I enjoyed staying safe in my job, but I desired more. I needed more. So I asked the Universe to give me a sign, help me identify something that I can do to help others.
Shortly afterwards, I was guiding to Life Coaching. I enjoyed it and I actually did it in my job at the time, working with different leaders and business units, it was something I could imagine myself doing in my own business. I started a life coaching program and after graduation, I started seeing clients on the side, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I felt as if everyone that contacted me or showed interest in my business, I was able to help and help them create transformational results. I felt alive when I coached others and I knew this is where I belong: guiding others to get them from where they are to where they want to be.
I coached clients after work and on the weekends and it felt like such a breath of fresh air to finally do something I felt alive it doing. I’m a Mindset & Transformational Coach, and being able to walk someone through the process of realizing their goals is an amazing process. I feel grateful to help people reach their potential.
Pretty soon, I was able to coach more clients and provide them with the tools they could use to continue to see transformations happen in their lives, after the coaching was completed. I also started a blog as a way to express myself creatively and showcase my travel experiences and recipe posts.
But the one thing that helped me make the transition was my belief that having a business was possible for me, and taking the necessary action steps to making it my living reality.
