Chip, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

Your ROI Determines Your ROI…

Your radar of influence determines your return on your investment and your return on investment determines your radar of influence. In my life I have been fortunate to be raised be and cross paths with some amazing people that have poured in to me. This started with my family and in my hometown of Hearne, Tx. It then carried on as I went to college at West Texas A&M University. Then it continued to expand once I started my career in education as a teacher/coach in Conroe ISD.

These experiences have taught me that it is important to be of service and strive to pour into others. It has helped me tremendously and pushes me to do what I do daily.

I am currently still an educator, a transformational speaker, podcast host and multiple time best selling author.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I am a fourth generation educator. I have been a teacher/coach for over twenty five years. I created the youtube channel/podcast “Chip Baker – The Success Chronicles” where I interviews people from all walks of life and share their stories for positive inspiration and motivation. I have learned lots along the journey.

My mission is to take care of people that take care of people. I do that through trainings, speaking, books and life/career coaching. I have taken all of the things I have learned and use it to develop leaders. I currently serve on two boards and teach a leadership development class at my church.

I am proud of the fact that I have had continued growth throughout my life and I am using that to help others.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

There have been a few experiences in my life that I could have used as excuses to not be successful. Instead, I have chosen to use them as my motivation. In choosing to use them as my motivation and driving force to keep pushing, it has created a resilience and mental toughness. I believe that each experience is an opportunity. How we respond to those opportunities set us up for bigger and better opportunities down the road. Opportunities bring opportunities!

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

“It’s life changing to change lives.”

The major goal that drives my journey is based off of my life experiences. I feel that I have been fortunate to experience some neat things. I love bringing my skills together in hopes to be of service and inspire others. If I can achieve some cool things, then others can see that they can as well. It has been a neat journey. I and striving to learn and grow each day.

When we take one step today to help others it leads an amazing experience for others later. It is important for us to give service and help others based off of the special traits and qualities that we have.
