We were lucky to catch up with Chip Baker recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Chip thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
The most meaningful project that I have worked on is The Impact of Influence book series. The Impact of Influence books are compilation books that are filled with stories from powerful influencers. They share about a person or experience that has influenced them. It influenced them in such a manner that it has impacted them and caused them to be who they are today. They now have taken the lessons they learned and are using them to be a benefit to others.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers?
I am a fourth generation educator. I have learned so much from the people I have been blessed to be around in my life. My mission is to take care of people that take care of people. I am proud of the fact that I have been able to share what I have learned from these amazing people with the world. I strive to share positive inspiration and motivation with the world through my youtube channel and podcast, Chip Baker- The Success Chronicles and through the books I have authored. I am truly grateful.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
As an inspirational and motivational creative I strive to maintain consistency. My hope is that I am consistent in the way that I deliver positive inspiration and motivation. Without a shadow of doubt, I want people to always know what they will get from me. That consistency is developed by being disciplined and truly understanding my why.
When one is consistent it exhibits resilience because you push yourself through any storm that may arise in life.
In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?
Our ROI determines our ROI. Our rate of investment determines our radar of influence. It is important to support those creatives by commenting, liking, sharing and recommending to others. This creates an environment of everlasting growth and progress in the right direction.
