Today we’d like to introduce you to Chiara Townley.
Hi Chiara, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in Italy. After graduating, I moved to London, where I met the love of my life. It was love at first sight, but the relationship was complicated, mainly because of the long distance and visa issues. We even broke up at some point. This relationship tested my mental and emotional health and my resilience, but eventually, we got our happy ending. I moved to the United States and got married in 2014. We had our first child in 2019. Motherhood was a challenging transition for me. I had a traumatic birth and postpartum depression and anxiety. I didn’t heal through traditional therapy but by deeply connecting with my body with the guidance of the chakra system. I healed using somatic practices and energy work. My healing journey went deeper into the root causes of my anxiety and allowed me to break generational cycles. Motherhood was the catalyst for my spiritual awakening, and after healing, I felt called to help moms-to-be and moms activate their confidence, feminine power, and intuition through energy work. My coaching business was born in 2021. In 2024, I had my second child and gave birth at home, following my intuition against all odds. I reconnected deeply with my feminine power and reached a new level of expansion and awakening, which has brought more value to the coaching experience I provide.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has not been smooth. When I chose to move to London, I re-started from scratch, and I had no idea where my life was going. The meeting with my husband represented a huge turning point, but our relationship had many challenges which deeply affected my mental and emotional health. Despite the obstacles, I never gave up on my vision for this relationship, and eventually, we married against all odds. The transition to motherhood represents the most challenging time of my life, though. Since this society only cares if the baby is healthy, I was not prepared for my internal turmoil, grieving my old life, and dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety. But as I got into my healing journey and spiritual awakening, I changed my perspective on life and started to see challenges as soul lessons. This allowed me to transform my pain into my power, grow spiritually, and share my insights and teachings with other moms.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Chiara Townley LLC?
I’m a mom coach and energy healer. I help moms-to-be and moms activate their confidence, feminine power, and intuition to make the best decisions for themselves and their families and create new legacies. In my practice, I use energy work, somatic practices, soul astrology, and my channeling abilities. I combine these tools in a program that includes different stages of healing and transformation inspired by the five elements. What sets me apart from others is my lived experience as a mom who went through several challenges in the transition to motherhood (traumatic birth, postpartum depression, and anxiety), combined with my deep knowledge of energy healing and intuitive tools. I’m most proud of the uniqueness of my brand and services. There are many intuitive healers, but very few specialize in motherhood and fully embody the transformation they provide. My services take you through different stages of awareness, growth, and evolution stages, from free offerings to self-paced courses and high-ticket containers.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned along the way is that life on Earth is a school. I believe that souls incarnate to learn lessons and grow spiritually. This shift in perspective allows me to be grateful for all my positive and negative experiences. I have seen recurring patterns, learned lessons from them, broken cycles, and moved forward. I learned to see challenges and obstacles as blessings in disguise, as opportunities to grow and evolve. I live in the present moment, knowing and trusting that I am where I’m meant to be. Of course, this doesn’t mean that I don’t experience heavy emotions like sadness or anger, but I know how to process them, learn from them, come back to my center, and move on.
