Alright, Chianti thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What do you think Corporate America gets wrong in your industry?
In my experience Corporate America often make several key missteps in the human resource (HR) industry in a few ways but two that I feel that are extremely important are “Overemphasis on Compliance Over Culture” and “Inadequate Employee Development”.
Many organizations focus heavily on legal compliance and HR policies rather than fostering a positive company culture. While compliance is essential, neglecting company culture can lead to disengaged employees and high turnover.
Companies often underinvest in employee training and development, which can hinder employee growth and reduce overall job satisfaction. Employees may feel undervalued if their personal and professional development is overlooked. Having my own negative experiences with some companies throughout my career inspired me to become a consultant.

Having personally encountered the profound effects of inadequate support, negative workplace culture, and limited resources throughout my corporate career, I understand firsthand how these challenges can impede career growth and impact mental health. My goal is to offer targeted education, expert guidance, and comprehensive resources to help individuals and organizations navigate and overcome these obstacles, fostering an environment where they can thrive and achieve their full potential.
I launched my own consulting business driven by my passion for human resources, with the goal of empowering clients to achieve success in their businesses and careers. By offering the right tools and knowledge, I aim to set them up for long-term success and help them navigate their paths with confidence and clarity.
I offer a unique business perspective that drives positive and lasting change within organizations of all sizes. My approach is centered on fostering growth and inclusivity, ensuring that each client benefits from tailored strategies aligned with their unique goals and challenges. Currently, I am most proud that my services empower others, I have been able to build strong relationships, and providing tailored solutions which I have seen a 98% success rate after crafting customized strategies and solutions that address the unique needs of each client or organization.

Any advice for managing a team?
Managing a team effectively while maintaining high morale requires a combination of strategic leadership, empathy, and communication. There are several practices leaders can implement to create a positive, motivated, and high-performing team environment- my top 5 are:
1. Communicate Clearly and Frequently- Open, transparent communication helps build trust. Keep your team informed about goals, changes, and challenges, and encourage feedback.
2. Foster a Positive Culture: Create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where team members feel valued, respected, and safe to express their ideas and concerns.
3. Lead by Example: Demonstrate the behaviors you want to see in your team. Show integrity, accountability, and dedication, and your team will likely follow suit.
4. Be Accessible and Supportive: Maintain an open-door policy and be approachable. Be available to provide guidance, support, and resources your team may need.
5. Encourage Work-Life Balance: Promote a healthy balance between work and personal life. Respect personal time and encourage breaks to prevent burnout.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Word of mouth has been my most powerful source of new clients! Referrals, as an integral part of this, have consistently been my top avenue for client acquisition. I can’t count the number of times I’ve received inquiries or been hired because someone shared my information or a former client spoke highly of their experience with my work. The impact of word of mouth is truly unparalleled, and I cannot emphasize enough how effective it can be. Even when followers on LinkedIn or other social media platforms share my information, it significantly boosts my visibility and reach. Additionally, resources like Canvas Rebel have been invaluable, serving as a fantastic platform to showcase my expertise and connect with potential clients.
