Cherie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Learning the craft is often a unique journey from every creative – we’d love to hear about your journey and if knowing what you know now, you would have done anything differently to speed up the learning process.

Learning your craft is in my opinion the most important thing you need to do to really make it in any biz!!

Cherie, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I found photography by accident being lucky enough to be able to go into a darkroom at the age of 21. Seeing an image come up during developing was like a lighting strike to my soul and it was the moment I decided I wanted to be a photographer. I finally landed on Boudoir photography after doing almost every kind of photography from Fashion to Weddings. I felt after doing so many different kinds of photography that I had a gift for Boudoir photography making all girls feel very good about themselves and giving a total boost to their self esteem and confidence levels.
We take artistic and very sexy images that any woman would want to have for themselves. This is a once in a lifetime experiencer any woman. Husbands find us and send their wives to us for once of the best gifts on the planet!!

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

Our goal is to empower one woman at a time!

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

I took a risky turn in my business career when I decided I only wanted to shoot Boudoir Photography. Most of our income came from weddings but after 20 years I felt Boudoir was my fav sort of photography and just went for it thinking that I would be for sure one of the best in the field using all that I had learned from Wedding Photography.
