We recently connected with Chelsea Hoyal and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Chelsea thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you think your parents have had a meaningful impact on you and your journey?
My parents never allowed us to quit. They taught us the value of fitness, eating whole foods, and breaking free from habits that didn’t serve our health. We were a family that faced challenges with obesity, but we worked at it—together, with consistency and determination.
Growing up in that environment shaped who I am today. Helping and serving others has become second nature. I’ve learned that pouring into people—without expecting anything in return—is powerful, because I know I’m helping them become their best selves.
Now, as a manager and leader in our company, I find so much purpose in teaching and supporting my team. Watching them grow is incredibly rewarding. I see that same transformation in my clients as they improve their health, build confidence, and change their lives.
The greatest reward? Watching others win and take their life back.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am a mother, wife, intrapreneur, trainer, coach, and lifelong student. I believe in something greater than myself and strive every day to lead with purpose, while always remaining open to learning and growth.
I work in the health and wellness industry, where our mission is to maintain one of the most effective and client-centered programs in the U.S. We’re committed to helping individuals achieve real, lasting results—supporting our clients through transformation, reducing dependency on long-term prescriptions with harmful side effects, and building healthier communities through education and structured wellness programs.
What sets me apart is that I don’t have a formal degree—but I never let that stop me. I invest constantly in my education and knowledge so I can serve others at the highest level. I believe hard work opens doors, and passion is what keeps them open.
Loyalty to your team and family builds opportunity. I believe in being patient for good things, but not passive—you have to show up and do the work to make things happen.
One of my biggest goals is to empower our youth. I want to help them become strong, healthy, and confident—not trapped in the cycles of gaming, screen time, or insecurity. I believe in raising disciplined, driven young athletes who know they can rise above and achieve more.
I’m a realist. I tell the truth. I don’t sugarcoat life, because I believe doing so is a disservice—especially to the people I care about. Growth comes from truth, and I choose to speak it with love and purpose.
If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?
Yes, I would absolutely choose this line of work again. The only thing I might do differently is pursue more education in **sports training**—because I truly love that side of health and fitness. I’d love to help more individuals discover the **athlete within themselves**, even if they don’t see it yet. That kind of transformation—unlocking hidden potential—is what drives me every day.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
—
**Results drive growth—both in our business and in our reputation.**
When our clients succeed—when they feel healthier, stronger, and truly transformed—it naturally leads to word of mouth. **Happy, successful clients become our biggest advocates.** They share their journey, and they talk about our team and how we helped them not only lose weight or get fit, but **change their lives for the long term**.
As long as we stay focused on delivering real, lasting results—**again and again**—we’ll continue to grow. Because when people see those transformations, they always ask the same question:
**”How did you do it?”**
And the answer is always—**with us.**
