We recently connected with Chef No Sauce and have shared our conversation below.
Chef , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
One of my best moments is when a couple came in to celebrate their anniversary. The wife mentioned her husband had been ill, and they were trying to make the best of their night. Wanting to make it special, I worked to create a custom dish for them arranged a rare wine pairing. I also set up a surprise dessert with a personal note. And played their favorite playlist. Their reaction was priceless – the husband was moved to tears. It was a simple gesture, but it made their night unforgettable and showed them how much we appreciated them.
Chef , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
A lesson I learned is in this business you cannot do it all alone you think you can but it’s always gonna show you eventually help is necessary.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I had to work for a couple of warehouses that were serving Food overnight shifts and then stay for the morning and lunch crew all for employees appreciation.
