Chef Jamar Griddine , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.

Hi, my name is chef jamar Griddine . A Kansas City Native, born and raised in Kansas City MO.The risk that I took was pursing my dreams of becoming a celebrity chef. That was difficult. I had to go through trails and tribulations to get to where I am now. But this time it’s different. This Time. I’m Going All IN. Not just for me but for everyone around me. After getting shot, I didn’t think I was going to make it but with God’s Love. He saved me. Now, I am walking and living life.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I started in the culinary arts industry because of my mom. She was a baker so I decided to follow her food steps and challenge myself and become more than just a baker. A Chef.

What I want people to know about chef jamar is that. I’m talented, ambitious, driven, committed and a leader rolling out the RED Carpet for all of my clients. I’ve been in business for 8 years now and every year it gets better. I grew up in a household with all sisters and I’m the only boy in my family. I’m a private chef and I offer every type of service for any and all occasions.

My mission is to Spread Joy and making sure that People know that God is Real.

Looking back, are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

One resource that I should have learned earlier on in life is knowing when to pick your mentor and do your research on them. That way you can find out if you want to work with them or not.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

My Mission is To impact everyone and anyone that I come into contact with. Making sure that people know that it’s okay to be themselves. And Shine Like Stars.
