Hi Chayanta, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear about one of the craziest things you’ve experienced in your journey so far.
I posted about getting my beautiful multi unit and I received a DM. It was a celebrity designer looking to relocate to Florida 😯 I’m extremely excited to say we are under contract for nearly half a Million Dollars 🙏🏾 To show her appreciation she invited me to Turk’s and Caicos to celebrate ❤️ God is so good & gets the glory. I’m so grateful.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Chayanta (Chay) is the District Director for the South Suburbs IL. Chay oversees recruiting and compliance for the Western Springs office. She is also a Multi-Million Dollar Producing Agent! She has spent the past decade managing properties while attending college specializing in business management with an emphasis on real estate. Chay is also an investor, landlord and intermediate house flipper. Chay is certified in both Rent To Own Home Buyers and Military VA Buyers and Sellers. Chay serves buyers and sellers in Cook, Will, Dupage, Kane, Kendall, De Kalb, Lake and Grundy Counties.

After 37 years, I found my biological father, Command Sergeant Major Niter🥰❤️ This is one of the most miraculous things that’s ever happened to me! I thank God so much and am honored by your grace & mercy🙏🏾 I’ve prayed all my life for this and he answered! I’m living proof that prayer works! A girl needs her father and now he’s here. I know my heavenly father is the author and director of this story and I’m thankful ❤️
