Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

A few years ago, I found myself feeling stuck in a routine. I was working as a Mental Health Nurse, which I loved because it allowed me to help people. But I felt like I was just going through the motions, doing the same tasks every day without truly feeling fulfilled. It was draining me emotionally and mentally.
I knew I wanted more freedom, more purpose, and to create something of my own. But it wasn’t until I started exploring aesthetics that I realized I could combine my medical background with my passion for beauty and wellness. I’m still able to help others with their mental health because when we look better, we feel better.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
