At The Kincer Group (TKG), our mission is simple: help everyday people build extraordinary wealth through real estate. I built a following of over 140,000 on TikTok by spotting trends early and remixing them with my own twist—adding humor, real insight, and documenting the real hustle behind real estate. I’m Chase Kincer—founder of The Kincer Group and co-host on the Everyday Millionaire Show. I’m a real estate agent, investor, wholesaler, and full-time entrepreneur based in Baltimore, Maryland. My journey into real estate started young, swinging hammers on job sites with my dad. I later joined the Air Force, not just to serve—but to strategically use the VA loan to start investing in property. While stationed at Fort Meade, I became licensed and started helping other military families learn how to invest in real estate—not just buy a home.
Today, I run multiple real estate brands under one mission: help everyday people build real wealth through real estate. Whether we’re buying homes for cash, helping someone list their home for top dollar, or showing new agents how to wholesale and invest—I believe in solving problems, not pushing products.
Through The Kincer Group (TKG), we bring a hybrid approach to the industry. We don’t just list homes—we provide solutions. Some clients need creative financing, others need off-market buyers, and some just need a trusted agent who actually picks up the phone. We bring all of that under one roof with strong systems, top-tier marketing, and a heavy dose of transparency.
I’ve built a following of over 140,000 on TikTok by recognizing early trends and putting my own style on them—real estate advice that’s relatable, funny, and real. No fluff, no gimmicks—just the stuff that works. I’m not trying to be the flashiest guy in the room; I’m trying to be the most valuable.
What sets me apart? I live this life. I’m actively buying, flipping, and investing every month. I coach agents, I wholesale, and I still hop on calls with sellers every week. I’m building a brand that makes real estate less intimidating and more accessible, especially for people who never thought they could invest.
What I’m most proud of? Helping dozens of military families invest in over $15 million worth of real estate—and now turning that into a playbook for anyone who wants to learn. I want people to know that I’m not just here to “sell houses.” I’m here to shift mindsets, build wealth, and make this industry better than we found it.
Have you ever had to pivot?
One of the biggest pivots in my life was walking away from a secure career in the Air Force. I had built a solid foundation in Cyber Operations, held a Top Secret clearance, and had experience working alongside the NSA. Most of my peers were landing six-figure roles—$160K+ salaries, full benefits, and remote flexibility. From the outside, it was a golden ticket.
But deep down, I knew I was being called to something different. I had already started investing in real estate while serving and saw firsthand the power it had to build wealth and create freedom—not just for me, but for the military families I was helping. So I bet on myself. I left the safety net behind and went all in on real estate. No salary, no benefits, just a mission to build a business that could change lives.
It was the scariest and best decision I’ve ever made. That leap is what gave birth to The Kincer Group, PE Home Buyers, and everything I’m doing today. Sometimes the risk is the roadmap.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
What built my reputation wasn’t just sales—it was showing up differently.
I built trust by actually doing the work I talked about. I wasn’t just an agent trying to close deals—I was investing, flipping, and helping real people solve real estate problems. I documented everything. The wins, the losses, the behind-the-scenes. People followed along and saw that I wasn’t just another guy in a blazer—I was a problem solver with receipts.
Consistency played a huge role. I showed up on social media every day, answered my phone when others didn’t, and delivered on what I promised. And I stayed transparent—even when it wasn’t sexy. That’s what built the brand and reputation. People don’t want perfection—they want real.
