We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Chardonnay Johnson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Chardonnay thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What do you think Corporate America gets wrong in your industry? Any stories or anecdotes that illustrate why this matters?
I think that corporate America gets wrong in my industry is trying to treat everyone with the “One size fits all” concept. Which definitely isn’t the case when it comes to skin care
Chardonnay, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Hello everybody, my name is Chardonnay Johnson I’m a 24-year-old business owner as well as a licensed esthetician in 3 states. I have a business named Dose of Chardonnay LLC. So what I do is provide services that tend and take care of your skin needs. I actually got into the business because someone really close to me told me I had a gift and needed to use it. So I specialize in MAKEUP ARTISTRY and Brazilian waxes
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele is creating an experience. In doing that establish a positive connection with customers, ask for and act on feedback, create helpful content, and build a community. You create an unbreakable bond by 1 making them feel comfortable and 2 making them feel heard and seen.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Social media and my website play a huge role in fostering client and brand loyalty
