Char , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start big picture – what are some of biggest trends you are seeing in your industry?

There’s a trend towards experiences that we feel on all levels of our essence. Humans no longer want surface level, we want to FEEL, all senses ignited. The biggest trend I see in hospitality and branding is the desire for spaces and places that ignite the human spirit thru genuine hospitality, soul nourishing wellness, human connection, and designs that satisfy our deep desire for beauty,

We see this desire all around us and well as hearing from our clients their desire is to serve humanity at the deepest level of nurture. Essentially everybody is craving more vitality and aliveness.

My team and I are identity experts and experience designers. I lead a team of consultants, designers, and writers dedicated to uncovering and clarifying the DNA of teams, organizations, and brands. We work across a wide range of industries—from start-ups to nationally recognized brands.

At the core, we truly believe in the powerful impact of collaboration and purpose.

I’m a connector, visionary, and integrator. I love collaborating with others to bring ideas to life and create meaningful worlds.

We help individuals and organizations move past feeling stuck—whether they’re ready for more but unsure how, or they want to level up and know it begins with internal clarity. We guide teams to integrate and embody their values and purpose, bringing clarity and empowerment through conversation, storytelling, and design.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

As we have grown over the years, I have continually honed and aligned our services, pricing, and approach to what gives us the most energy and joy. This allows us to set ourselves apart in the industry and let our unique approach shine—attracting ideal clients and growing the business organically.

Any advice for managing a team?

I choose to lead collaboratively – I love working with others that are experts in their skills and have the ability to manage themselves. Yes, we have our culture and way of being with clients – and beyond that I extend lots of freedom to team members as long as we all are leaning in and bringing passion and joy to the work we do.
