We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Chantelly Liebling a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Chantelly, thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Success takes hard work. It takes grit and it takes showing up to put in the work when you least feel like it. Those are the moments that push you forward. It is extremely hard to find the motivation to do the work every day. We all get tired, lazy, distracted, etc. But you have to keep going. You have to remember your why and let that motivate you. There are always going to be highs and lows. You’ll be extremely motivated to put in the work through the highs but putting in the work during the lows is the game changer. This is what separates successful people from unsuccessful people. I also believe that successful people are constantly willing to learn new things and better themselves. I am all about personal development and learning as much as I can. Everyday I throw on a new podcast or listen to an audiobook. Not only am I learning new information, but I am also becoming inspired by what I am taking in. This lights a fire in me and pushes me to keep going.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I currently reside in Southern California with my sweet family of four. I’ve always been a creative and about ten years ago I fell in love with the blogging world. I used to collect beautiful images of all the things and write about them on my blog. I then jumped into Instagram and created an account based on fitness and healthy living. I had a blast creating content and growing my account. Eventually, I realized how much I enjoyed doing this for myself and wanted to help others so I started Brand Me Social! Brand Me Social is a social media management agency for local, small businesses. I have a big heart for small business and supporting local and those are the people I wanted to really help. I know how hard it can be to find the time to run social media accounts when you’re the CEO, accountant, HR manager and customer service rep of your business. But social media is so important when it comes to helping build a brand and growing your businesses. I’m extremely passionate about helping others and also extremely passionate about social media so here I am, ready to help. I am available to all clients for content creation, daily posting, reels, stories, coaching, email marketing, account creation and audits. My goal is to free up as much time as I can for these business owners so they can focus on other areas that need it.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I think the number one thing that helped is using the knowledge I have and offering value to everyone, not just paying clients. I don’t like to keep any secrets or hold anything back. If I have something to share that is going to help people, I share it. I am not about gate keeping because I want to see everyone be successful. I love to learn about social media and have positioned myself as an expert in the field. I think those that know me and follow me can easily see this. I love learning and I love helping people as much as I can. This has been key when it comes to building a strong reputation.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of clients for me has been referrals. I think referrals are truly the best source in any business. When people you know recommend products or businesses, you are easily sold on those because you trust them. This is how clients work and why It is so important to treat them well. Let them know how much you appreciate them. Keep them happy so that they can’t help but tell the world about you. Also, don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for referrals!
