Growing up in Paris, my days revolved around two things: the sophisticated world of fashion, thanks to my parents, and our bustling household filled with pets. Imagine growing up in such a lively environment!
Fast forward to my adult life, and here I was grappling with my dog Benzo’s separation anxiety. It’s tough, watching your furry friend go through something like that. When the vet suggested Xanax, it felt… off. That’s not the route I wanted for my dog. Having always been intrigued by spirituality and holistic healing— crystals specifically— I wondered, why not for pets?
That’s the spark behind Merci Collective. It’s more than just chic pet accessories; it’s about infusing age-old holistic beliefs into our pets’ daily lives. And, if we’re making products, why not do it right? This is why we are so committed to sustainability, like our discovery of cactus leather from Mexico.
In a nutshell, Merci Collective is my heart and soul poured into something that brings together my Parisian design roots, my unwavering love for animals, and a deep belief in the power of holistic healing. It’s all about giving our pets not just the best, but what’s right for them and our world.

Born and raised in Paris, design was a dinner-table conversation, thanks to my parents’ deep ties to the fashion industry. Yet, amidst the buzz of fabrics and sketches, our home was a haven for pets of all kinds. Little did I know that these two seemingly distinct worlds would someday converge into my life’s passion.
Fast-forward to my life in LA, where I was helping launch a startup, tapping into the design genes I inherited. It was during this phase that my furry buddy, Benzo, began struggling with intense separation anxiety. Exploring holistic remedies for him led me to appreciate the profound effects of crystal healing. It made me wonder: why not extend these therapeutic benefits to pets, seamlessly integrated into everyday accessories?
This idea blossomed into Merci Collective. While the foundation is crystal-infused pet accessories, what I truly offer is a meld of Parisian elegance, sustainable craftsmanship, and ancient holistic practices. Our range extends from harnesses, leashes, toys, and grooming products to water bottles, all designed to keep your pet’s wellness at the core.
What really differentiates us? Beyond the product, it’s our philosophy. Every design choice, from using sustainable cactus leather to ensuring the crystal touches your pet’s skin, stems from deep-rooted care and understanding of pets’ needs.

My journey with Merci Collective is studded with moments that demanded resilience, but one story, in particular, encapsulates the sheer determination and drive I poured into this venture.
When I first conceptualized Merci Collective, resources weren’t overflowing. I was fueled by passion and a vision but lacked a vast team or unlimited resources. This meant wearing multiple hats and diving deep into areas I hadn’t ventured into before.
I built the company from the ground up, quite literally. From sketching the brand’s logo to designing the blueprint of our website, every pixel and every line bore my signature. While I had a background in design, translating that into tangible, functional pet accessories was a whole new ball game. The challenges ranged from ensuring the aesthetics matched the functionality to grappling with the intricacies of manufacturing. I remember countless hours spent liaising with manufacturers, understanding materials, ensuring the crystals’ fit was just right, and guaranteeing the final product was both stylish and therapeutic.
Beyond design, the business aspects also demanded resilience. Figuring out supply chains, understanding market dynamics, and ensuring that each product we shipped out matched our quality standards required endless perseverance.
While it was overwhelming, every hurdle surmounted, and every challenge overcome, reinforced my belief in Merci Collective’s vision.
