We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Chanelle Shakoor a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Chanelle, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?

GoodLoveVibesllc Everything I make is crafted with love, intention and good vibes, and I hope whether it’s a sun catcher, bracelet or piece of jewelry, the person who receives it is able to see that.

Chanelle, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Chanelle Shakoor, and I own good love vibes, LLC I make sun catchers crystal jewelry & custom jewelry. I started making bracelets for family members then I was invited to a community market and sold jewelry there and now I make suncatchers and various types of jewelry that I sell on my website and in person at vendor events.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

The best source for new clients for me is through word of mouth. I’ve gotten so many of my custom orders through friends and family of people who have ordered from me previously and grateful that people enjoy what I do.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I don’t have the biggest social media following but I do post on Instagram and TikTok videos and reels that get a good amount of likes and views. When I’m consistent I see the more traffic and orders on my website ,you just have to be consistent and know the base your trying to appeal to.
