Chan, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The story behind my mission opening a business is i wanted to share my knowledge to the peoples through my food. I loved watching peoples happy every single bites they take. That gave me comfort and satusfaction.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have been in the restaurant business since i was 18. Which is about 23 years now. There is an up and down working in the restaurant. But the main thing for me and make me proud is to see how people satisfied and happy at the end of their meal. If anything that a customer dont feel happy of not satisfied, they can contqct our business we will be happy to resolve that issue right away as long as the customer is happy. What can we do to make you happy? There is always a bump in life but my focus is always moving forward, there is no other way for me. Put your mind and energy into it and i believe that you can move forward eventhough is slow but sure.
I wanted to invite everyone to support small business owner. We are not perfect as a person but we are willing to learn how to be better everyday. Of you have any suggestion or even not satisfied with us, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can learn to be better in the future
Can you talk to us about your experience with selling businesses?
I do had to closed t vga business back ago. Being a business owner is not heaven on earth. There is a lot work to put in to make your business grow but ynfortunately not everybody will success. I did closed my business at one time ago because is not making profit. The work load and the amount of profit is not there. For all the business owner out there. We have that ego of “this is my business i will do what it takes to keep it float” but remember one thing profit is why you open a business in the first place. If you dont have that then no sense to keep it going.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
One of the perks being a food truck is that you can go where the money is. What i did was going to cities surrounding and introduce our food to the them. Once they loved it they will definitely follow you on social media.
