Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Chad Frey. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Chad, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?

I had my name and background music in a movie called Green Jello Suxx Live in 2016.
It’s been released on VHS , DVD & Blu-ray.

I appeared on a compilation album from Project Overdose called Kill Cancer Before It Kills Us in 2023 on bandcamp. All sales will go to help ease the burdens that cancer brings. I’m on the digital version of that album.

I have been putting out my own albums for 20 years. Here’s how many releases I’ve done.

I just want to make records and get paid for it. How simple is that?
Well , Time has changed alot and not for the better as a musician.
The streaming thing just doesn’t cut it. If you really like the song or an album so much.
Why don’t they just buy it on itunes and bandcamp? My albums are $10 dollars or less
, It’s not that expensive. We have a chance of a lifetime to change the music industry.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

They like what they hear and want me to continue to support it as long if there still listening.
I been #1 on reverbnation in the metal category a few times in the last 2 years.
Now I switched a different category as singer songwriter.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

Yeah , Don’t stop. If it’s a great idea use it. I shouldn’t be single as of this point.
I’m still looking for an amazing woman would change my life for the better.
No single moms!
