We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Ceth Miller. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Ceth below.
Alright, Ceth thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
I am former collegiate student-athlete. I loved strength & conditioning in my playing days so much; in fact, that’s what has led me here today. I worked for several gyms before I decided to become my own entity. That was the best thing I could have done. I started Go Legend Training almost four years ago, and I haven’t looked back since.
GLT, to me, is helping people get to the next level of themselves, unlocking that inner-being that they have yet to find. My training is more than just physical; it is also mental too.
Ceth, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I grew up playing sports my whole life. The main sport that was my passion was football. Football is what led me to the weight room. Getting into strength & conditioning was all due to my strength coaches at Ohio University where I played at. They taught me so much and I am very thankful for them.
As a sports performance coach, I supply knowledge and accountability to my clients. I help them with structure and technique with training, but they do the work. Not only do I help them physically, I help them mentally like i said in the last question. I apply life skills into training, so then, they are able to take outside of training and their sport.
The main thing I am the most proud of is my clients coming in week in and week out to develop every time. They are constantly growing!
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Yes it all started with word of mouth. Posting and tagging my clients is a piece of what helped spread the word.
No bought advertising, truly organic growth by constantly sharing the development of my athletes!
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients is recommendations from my current clients. It’s what works best for me!
