Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Cesar D’ La Torre. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Cesar, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.
Cesar is a Latin European Actor and Martial Artist whose career spans both English and Spanish markets, D’ La Torre has worked on movies, Tv Series, and Video Games like Angry Neighbors opposite the legendary Academy Award Actors Frank Langella, and Stockard Channing, Immortality who was nominated for 7 BAFTA Awards and Won for Best Narrative, the action film Muna centered around a confrontation between Italian and Nigerian mafia gangs. The film Heavy Duty Lovers is a romantic comedy that stars Eric Roberts, Black Easter a Sci-Fi Movie about a group of young geniuses who accidentally stumble upon a secret terrorist plot to create a time machine to go back in time and change history and more.
As he moves into the American film and television market, Cesar has been part of some noteworthy projects. He has made guest star appearances on Leverage Redemption, the TBS sitcom Ground Floor, TVLand’s Funny-or-Die-based series Throwing Shade (Will Ferrell), and DTLA on LOGO TV (Melanie Griffith). Cesar was co-director/writer, as well as an actor in the short film The Florist, which has been nominated for ‘Best Dramatic Short’ and ‘Best Short Film’ in the Burbank International Film Festival.
Cesar began his acting career at an early age, having decided to follow the limelight as a teenager, working in television series, and theater productions, His big break came from landing roles on Venezuelan networks RCTV International and Venevision, starring on the most popular Venezuelan shows such as La Vida Entera, Estrambotica Anastasia. Cesar would later go on to work on Que Clase DE Amor, which became a syndicated hit across Latin America. He would go on to appear in the series, Ser Bonita no Basta, co-starring Edgar Ramirez.
Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Cesar currently lives in Los Angeles. He is an avid martial arts expert with a black belt in karate, having won national championships in his homeland of Venezuela

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I always wanted to be an artist since I was a Child. I started my career in modeling, then I moved to acting and singing.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
After Being an actor in several productions my next goal is making my own Films, I am working on that, and everything is going pretty well.

In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?
Always Society can help artists, There are so many talented artists out there who need support. I think artists should help each other and not see each other as a competition.
