We were lucky to catch up with Cerita Limbrick recently and have shared our conversation below.
Cerita, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Parents can play a significant role in affecting how our lives and careers turn out – and so we think it’s important to look back and have conversations about what our parents did that affected us positive (or negatively) so that we can learn from the billions of experiences in each generation. What’s something you feel your parents did right that impacted you positively.
My mom is by far my biggest supporter! She did a LOT of things right, but I must say one of the things I value the most is my mother never put me in a box, She allow me to be me!

Cerita, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
The brand Beyond Nine 2 Five is a safe place for the working woman. It allows us to go from corporate to cocktail without missing a beat.
I am most proud and still blown away by the love and continuous support Beyond Nine 2 Five receives.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
Initial capital was all out of pocket. I feel like if it’s something you truly believe in . You won’t mind making a sacrifice

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
You can’t please everyone
