Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to CEO Pachell Francis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
CEO Pachell, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
When deciding to become a craft designer it started during the rise of Covid. The idea came to me when wanting to explore other options in the designer industry, due to my background as a fashion designer and what can bring happiness to people homes, where we had a massive world shutdown. Us as humans we normally saw the symbol of wreaths during the time of bereavement, but it was actually originated in the Ancient Greek and Rome society where they used the crafting rings with fresh leaves, fruits and branches as a symbol of Victory. Even in the United States it signifies as freedom and fortitude. Seeking more into wreaths I decided to customize designers to signify our customers homes, workforce and events. Once Elizabeth Wreaths & Home became a worldwide name we upscaled our company with generating new products and services to our consumers that will provide a whole package. For over three years we have supply services Locally, National and overseas! We have add so many new services within EWH throughout the years and have partnered with The Legendary Olie Body Gear Screen Printing & Co upon providing custom T-shirts for Churches,Family Functions, Corporate Business, Branding and small business that we are extremely excited about! It’s our mission to create
and expand services across the nation.
Upon being a Craft Designer and Owner we have came across an avenue of the Logistic Field were we service Local Hospitals with medical STATS, White Glove Services, Supplies, import and export warehousing goods, custom clearance and more. Francis Global Express uphold many branches in the logistic division by offering sub contracting to the transportation industry with dispatching, courier management and overseeing Daily Operations within the company. Francis Global Express partnered with a Trucking Authority to where we operate behind the scenes to create great logistic services to the customers and carriers within the network.
Being able to explore different fields in industries and markets opened my eyes to learning more and create massive ways to open jobs, experience and opportunities to generate massive income and generational wealth. One thing we will continue to create multi-million dollar businesses in the economy.
CEO Pachell, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am Pachell Francis, The Industry Mogul of multiple industry enterprise where it’s my job to influence, empower in the industry segments. The willingness of taking risk and the keen to different business to make ideas possible all while profitable. Becoming who I am today I had to go through a lot of learning, discipline, mistakes and going back to the drawing board. Even to this day, I feel that I have not accomplished as much as I want to, but I am performing all of the task that will get me to where I need to be in the future. Being a woman in today and time I’ve noticed that we are not afraid to go after what we want, and we stand on the meaning of mogul.
When problem-solving for a client, we go the extra mile on providing different tools, strategies, communication, consultations, and planning. We make sure that we set our expectations high enough to let them know, and to form trust in our companies that we will provide adequate service.
Being a wife and a mother of two can sometimes be overwhelming with different divisions that we oversee. Having the support system and the love of a village truly hold it all together at times. Even though my life sometimes runoff of a schedule, it does not always go as planned, but having an amazing family truly makes it worth Wild!
When coming into numerous industries with talented people, I try to set myself apart by creating different revenues and building a working strategy. My three main words of character is to connect, engage and inspire. Which helps my team and I build passionate visions,service values, problem solving solutions, and creative direction. When having most of these solutions intact. It gives us an opportunity to detect our growth and future plans as a daily operation.
When growing a business or merging a business, you want to make sure that you have different upscale’s either is in product inventory, services for marketing. This can actually help you reach different demographics on all platforms that is run by today’s in time. Services that conserve all year round has more of a higher impact on just seasonal serving. When looking at your margins quarterly it will actually show you from year to date how your company is doing and the month so that can actually let you know when to put out certain products and services before time. You always want to give your consumers and clients a heads up on what’s about to come. Having an email list and different marketing tools can help you illuminate a lot of hands on time by putting it on auto. In business, you should always have a bookkeeping task, one for daily task, weekly task, monthly task and quarterly task. Now don’t get me wrong. It is not that easy to stay on task so that’s why I recommend that you put different people in different areas with the experience or the knowledge to help you run certain segment in your business do I try to run everything ? Yes. So I would highly recommend that you put people in certain places in your business to wear that you can trust and they can perform the high expectations in the qualities just like how you would in your own business..
How did you build your audience on social media?
Building an audience on social media platforms it’s just like word of mouth. The word promote can go in different ways, especially in marketing and branding. I feel that sometime we shy away from social media because we are afraid of failure. If you do these three strategies to create sales with multiple products to offer your clients as I stated before you always want to make sure that you have different inventory and price points to serve all demographics. For example, 10 -20% of your target market are your cheaper products, the other 10 – 20% is for your expensive and luxury products and in the middle you’re going to have your 60 – 80% of your target market the products that will buy with the best value. Another great gem for anyone that’s in the e-commerce or service industry are using the most powerful words for your market. For example, the word, free, limited time, rest, don’t miss, you and easy. These words and steps are transparent about you and your products that you are selling or services.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
What helped built my reputation in this dominant industry today is my promise, value and personality. When building a business, you are going to work all sectors at first until you can find the right staff or assistant to play a part in day to day operations. When Branding a product, you are automatically a sales person. When you are a sales person you want to make sure that you have confidences ,you are friendly, a good listener, ask questions, and also to follow up. Also, Implement an action plan for negative feedback, encourage others to promote your brand and also maintain a positive online presence. These steps will help you build a reputation inside of the market that you are aiming for!
