Celi, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
The other day, I was talking to a colleague about how far I like to go for my clients, and I remembered a moment that really stood out. I once painted a closet for a client — yes, literally painted it! She was a sweet lady who had recently lost her husband and was in the process of downsizing. I was helping her unpack and organize her new home, and she was so excited about her new closet installation.
But when she noticed the patches left behind from the old closet removal, she became frustrated and sad about how it looked. I was scheduled to organize that closet the next day, and I could feel her disappointment. So I told her, “Just get me a brush, and I’ll paint it!” — and I did.
She was over the moon with gratitude, so happy to see her space looking beautiful again. It was an emotional week for her, filled with memories of her husband, and I truly felt that he would have been proud to see someone taking care of her with such care. That moment reminded me that sometimes, it’s the little gestures that make the biggest difference.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My passion for organization and my love of creativity came together perfectly to create CeliOrganizer. Transforming spaces into something functional and beautiful, making people happy, and doing what I love every day are the reasons I decided to build a creative career as a professional organizer.
I’ve always believed that everyone deserves to live in a space that brings them joy and peace of mind. Whether it’s organizing a closet, a pantry, or an entire home, I find deep satisfaction in helping my clients create order and harmony in their environments. I love the challenge of finding unique solutions to complex organizing situations — every project is different, and that keeps it exciting.
At CeliOrganizer, we provide personalized organizing services for homes and businesses, including unpacking, space planning, and styling. What sets us apart is the way we combine functionality with design — creating systems that look beautiful and work effortlessly for each client’s lifestyle.
I’m most proud of the emotional impact our work has. Seeing a client’s face light up when they walk into their refreshed, organized space — that’s everything to me. I want people to know that CeliOrganizer isn’t just about making things look neat; it’s about creating spaces that support happiness, calm, and a sense of fresh beginnings.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
For me, managing a team and maintaining high morale starts with having a clear culture that truly reflects our values. At CeliOrganizer, we are here to serve — to never judge, to leave every space better than we found it, and to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Our team is built on passion and purpose. When we bring someone on board, we don’t look at how well they can organize a space; we look for attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. It’s much easier to manage people who love what they do and find joy in serving others every day.

The best source of new clients for us has always been referrals from happy clients. Nothing speaks louder than the experience of someone who feels genuinely satisfied and inspired by their organized space. We truly love and value our clients, and every time they share their experience or spread the love of organization, it means the world to us. Their trust and word-of-mouth have been the heart of our growth.
