We were lucky to catch up with Celena Le recently and have shared our conversation below.

Celena, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

My mission in life overall is to help others while I created an outlet to express myself in it. Art is meaningful because it’s something we create and nobody can judge us for it. There was a time I felt I couldn’t express myself to others close to me, but I found an outlet through art.

Therefore, to become an artist, one must have a strong passion for the arts and a willingness to take risks to create new and innovative works. Creativity is the most important factor, as this sets an artist apart from others.

The power of our mind & imagination is the most valuable asset.
Never let it go to waste.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Designing & real estate is a very odd combination but both balance me. I love the art world because in this world you can create anything, being hands on, & using your imagination.
As far as in the real estate field, you have to be creative, but mostly being practical, logical, and professional.

Therefore, it all started back in high school when I was a huge tumblr.com fan. If you were born in that era, it was a time to be alive. I would come to school wearing the weirdest outfits among my colleagues and they found it very different, but aesthetically pleasing. Also, I was the kid in highschool who sold Jordans to make some side money to help my uncle pay bills for the house.

Real Estate is one of my passions because I love helping others find a place called home. I feel complete knowing that I can help someone find a place to lay their heads at night. Some people don’t have a place to call home.

Therefore, homeownership is a critical aspect of financial security, stable, and personal pride. It doesn’t matter where you come from; it is possible for everyone & I love helping others in this process.

What sets me apart from others is nothing because at the end of the day, we are all the same. You are me; I am you.

We are experiencing this world together, and we are equal. What made me get to where I am now is my mindset, and everyone has that tool. You just have to activate it.

Last, I want others to know me as someone who is exactly the same as you, but I choose to never give up.
I grew up without my mom and dad in my life, so my grandma & uncle raised me. Therefore, if I can do it, so can you.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

Honestly, putting yourself out there is the key reason for how I got my clients. Examples to help you get out there would be to attend events, throw pop up shops, network with other entrepreneurs in your city, & be present on social media.

This goes for if you want to build your clothing brand, real estate brand, or any brand honestly. The more people you meet, the better.

Have you ever had to pivot?

It was about 4 years ago. I had a brand before FREE GAME CLOTHING and it was a different name.
It was my mistake to get into this business with a person I used to date.

Sometimes, doing business with your partner can be a total nightmare.

Therefore, few people knew this but my close friends, but after we split, my ex stole my clothing brand.
I was at a dark stage in my life where everything was crumbling; I didn’t know what to do. All of my hard work went out the drain. So I let it be. I stopped designing after that & it wasn’t until 2021 when I started my brand again. Therefore, in that period of my life, I felt so low, depressed, and broke. I build myself back up again & start my new brand.

It was a lesson learned. I’ve gained so much wisdom. Dark times don’t last, you will always come out better.
