Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Cedric Hill. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Cedric , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you talk to us about serving the underserved.
I’ve always been driven by a commitment to support underserved communities. Early in my career, I noticed that many local neighborhoods lacked access to modern technology and mentorship. I helped organize hands-on workshops for youth in these areas, providing them with the skills and confidence they needed to pursue new opportunities. This experience reinforced my dedication to empowering individuals through practical support and mentorship, and it’s a principle that continues to guide my work today.

Cedric , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Cedric B Hill, and my journey into this field began with a deep commitment to service during my time in the Marine Corps. That experience taught me discipline, teamwork, and the value of serving others—principles that have guided my career ever since. Transitioning into IT and business development roles, I’ve built a track record of helping organizations navigate complex challenges, whether by streamlining processes, integrating new technology, or fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients.
What sets me apart is my hands-on approach to problem-solving and my dedication to supporting underserved communities. I’ve led initiatives that not only drive business growth but also empower youth through mentorship and access to technology. I’m proud of the work I’ve done to bridge the gap between technical expertise and community service—ensuring that innovation benefits everyone.
Ultimately, my goal is to create real, lasting impact. I want potential clients and partners to know that when they work with me, they’re partnering with someone who values practical results, strong relationships, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
I met my business partner Isaac Barnes back in the Marine Corps—as young boys, we shared a bond forged by discipline and camaraderie, and we parted ways as young men with no idea where life would lead us. Over the years, our journeys took us on different paths—once managing him musically and now joining forces as partners in business. This evolution has taught me that in business, relationships are everything—you never know when it’s your turn. Our story, which captures that transformative connection, is beautifully illustrated as Isaac says ” From Marines to Moguls”

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
My advice for managing a team and maintaining high morale is simple: be direct and intentional with engagement. I believe in meeting people where they are—taking the time to understand them as individuals, discovering their personal goals, and finding ways to align those aspirations with our mission. When team members feel understood, valued, and properly incented, they naturally invest more effort because they love what they do. This approach has consistently helped me build high-performing, passionate teams.
