We recently connected with Ceasar Watson and have shared our conversation below.

Ceasar, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?

I was juggling a million names when I actually wanted to start a business, but nothing was clicking. One day I was cleaning a clients house (yes I clean houses as well lol). Of course the client loved it, she stated she never seen a man clean up so good. So on my way home I came up with the name A MANS TOUCH SERVICES. Asked a few close friends and they loved it, so I stuck with that and ran with it…..

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Ceasar I’m a mobile Detailer based out of Houston, Texas. I’m a man of many trades but my main priority is detailing. My saying is “it’s not detailing if your not paying attention to the detail”. I love to see people riding and feeling good in their vehicles like when then they first purchased it. I have clients that haven’t detailed there vehicle since it was purchased. The washing is the easy part, but when it comes to the detailing, like the shampooing, steam cleaning, etc is the best part of this business, well to me it is. I love the look on there faces when they see the transformation. I’m just happy that I’m able to make them happy…

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

Aw man I gave up on my business the first time. Things just wasn’t going quite like I imagined it would. But When the Covid hit I was fortunate to be working and saving( witch I’m quite great at). And I told myself that I’m going to start back up my business and never look back and that’s what I’ve been doing. Just grinding and staying busy..

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

Whew…. I drained practically my whole savings for the new set up I have, Do I regret it, (not at all). I have great days and bad days, but that comes with working for yourself. I refuse to give up on my investment this go around..
