We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Catherine Nwora. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Catherine below.
Alright, Catherine thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Setting up an independent practice is a daunting endeavor. Can you talk to us about what it was like for you – what were some of the main steps, challenges, etc.
Started from an early age of when I wanted to help those in need! So I went into the nursing/medical field. After achieving many milestones in the field it was time to open my own practice to insure it’s done correctly! So then I started Soul Serenity Health and wellness! My own practice focused on mental health and physical health. Starting your own practice isn’t easy, but what makes it easier is having a clear Mission and vision! And the background skills to manage people. The challenges is the maintain the standards that you start with, with having success, you do not want to get content, but always look towards setting the standard higher serving Your clients!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
What first time readers and new readers should know about myself is that I’m here to serve anyone looking for help in their mental and physical health! And to share my story to help inspire others to never give up starting that practice and those that are looking for help!
My objective is focusing on my clients needs 24 seven and having virtual access to all my clients sets Soul Serenity Apart from others!
Also, with being in the medical field, have a huge network of other medical professionals that I can refer you to for additional help!

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
In order to succeed in this field, you have to be an individual that care about others more than you care About profits and your success as an individual.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
A challenge isn’t a bad thing and one thing I have to be resilient against What is the thought of being in a male dominant field.
