Working hard, Staying focus and taking small riskis its all we need to do to take control of your live and live it on your own terms. I absolutely love what I do, I love my life, i love my freedon, th ability to control my time . Real Estate has allowed me to forever chnage my life. And I am anxious teach that anyone can do it. Real estate is my passion ,The whole process fascinates me. Buying, renovting , selling or keeping it , managing and also helping people around me build financial stability/freedon everyone deserves.Ultimately, the hope is to leave behind a legacy knowledge and positive changes that will continue to influencing people around me even after I am gone.

Cassia , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am Cassia Ohashi, Brasilian Japonese that immigrated to STL back in 2011. Born Brasilian I moved to japan very young chasing my dreaoms on the persuit of adventures and sucess. Japan was a good start and teached me so much but I never felt in love with the country. Invited by a braislian friend i decided to move to usa and start over, With no money and no englinsh and experience I decided I could make it happen. With a lot of grit and of course some luck I bought my fist project, fix it , renovated and sold for a profit. I had zero , absolute zero idea of what I was doing but I did it anyways.
Few years later i got my Real estate license and started helping other people do the same. Fast forward today I persoally renovated and flipped over 50 properties , started a rental managemtn company for my rentals, currently 35 properties , sold ver 100 properties for investors family and friends and helped few close friends start they journey on the real estate industry.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Shared a little bit onthe last question, but I had to trassitionfrom e-commerce of brasilian cosmetics and bikini in Japan to Real Estate in USA . The market in Japan wasnt as great anymore and it didnt make sense to stay because I didnt love the place. It was very hard being a single mom to pack and move here and start from zero. But it all has paid off. Today I am financilally free and can work just for love .

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Social Media defitenly brings the most clients. Everyone that see what we do. connects in some level and can see it all can be done. If we are doing so they can as well.
