We were lucky to catch up with Casie Kindl recently and have shared our conversation below.
Casie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The Age of Beauty mission is to help every woman feel deeply beautiful, inside and out, no matter her age or external circumstance. As women, we learn from an early age to adjust who we are to fit in and meet others’ expectations of us, often at the dismissal of understanding who we truly are. We give 110% to our careers, families and friends yet often feel drained, exhausted and inadequate in our pursuits. The Age of Beauty mission is to show women their inner beauty, so they can radiate it out into the world.
I am passionate about this mission because it is something that I too have struggled with – a sense of seemingly diminishing worth that comes with age. Despite my commitment to personal growth, having invested over 15 years and $200,000 to this mission, it can still be difficult at times to remember the beauty in who I am – that I am enough no matter how much or little I am doing. My being is enough.
This was my driver behind writing the Age of Beauty book and companion workbook (both available for purchase on Amazon). I want women to read it and remember the Truth in who they are. They can still enjoy all their external beauty routines, and deeply feel their beauty and radiance, separate from their external image, which will only change with time.
My dream is to have this book significantly impact the lives of over 1 million women. As women, when we feel beautiful, we are powerful. Beauty is power.

Casie, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Around 2020, after multiple personal and health-related setbacks I’d endured in my life, I recognized that the medical device career I’d been in for 20+ years was no longer aligned with who I was becoming. I had invested fifteen years and over $200,000 into my quest to become the best version of myself and had learned from countless experts new ways to view myself, my body and my life. I was in awe of the way these new perspectives shifted the way I lived and enjoyed my own life.
Because I have a huge heart, and want the best for others, I knew I wanted to give back to women in a way that I had learned to do for myself. Not quite sure of the path to get there, I hired a career coach and then enrolled in my professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in 2022. I finally gained the courage to quit my full-time job to launch my coaching business in 2023 and have gained so much from holding space for women to recognize and step into their beauty.
To take this a step further, and impact women on a global scale, I wrote Age of Beauty (book and workbook both available on Amazon) to take the message wider than what I can do alone. The Age of Beauty Revolution is now taking on a life of its own, outside of me, and it’s been an honor to witness.
I still provide both 1:1 and group coaching and have found that the book is a wonderful way for potential clients to understand if they resonate with who I am and what I have to offer.
What sets me apart is my deep care and concern for others wellbeing. I have a huge heart and can very much relate to women I work with because I too have been there. I can walk alongside my clients, as I do in my book, so they can both see themselves in me and feel empowered to make deep and lasting change in their lives.
I’m most proud of my family and being a mom. Parenting has shown me my strengths and deep inadequacy at times. It’s the most challenging and rewarding work I have done.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
The biggest lesson I had to unlearn is that by noticing and recognizing my flaws, I become more of the woman I want to be. Meaning, if I notice cellulite, then work out harder or eat less, I’m not getting to the root of the problem. You see, when we look into the mirror, and focus on what we don’t like about our bodies, we create more of it. It’s the law of attraction. The problem is this kept me on a life-long treadmill of feeling on some level not enough.
Now, when I look into the mirror, I focus on the things I do like about myself and my body. Instead of noticing my scars, greys, or thinning skin, I notice my smile, my radiance, the brightness in my eyes. It might seem subtle, but it’s allowing me to better accept and love who I am – flaws and all.
In Age of Beauty, there is a simple exercise readers can go through to switch their focus, from one of lack to love. This subtle shift can be hugely impactful in understanding their worth and changing how they show up in the world as women.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Ooh, I have lots. Many are detailed in the Age of Beauty book and include having two, traumatic child births, one of which resulted in me almost losing my life, a traumatic skiing accident, deep struggles both professionally and with my family of origin, and several health issues. Writing the book actually helped me see more clearly how difficult a journey I’ve walked at times.
Early in my life, this “resilience” was fueled by fear and “shoulds.” “You have to keep going. It’s the only way forward,” was the subconscious belief I operated under. Now, my resilience is fueled by a deep belief in myself and the healing nature of my body. I now believe anything is possible with the right support, and value both rest and relaxation.
Each of us has a choice in a given moment. – give up or keep going. I have friends and loved ones who have given up, so to speak, on their belief in themselves. It makes me sad to see, yet I also know we are all here on our unique journeys and I am in no position to judge. My choice has been to get back up and keep going. Make the best out of difficult situations. Keep forging ahead. It’s a steppingstone, not a stumbling block. And I’ll learn something from it that will make me more resilient in the future.
