We recently connected with Cas Mastropaolo and have shared our conversation below.
Cas, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
The career I have always wanted to pursue was sports and fitness coaching. It all started once I got involved in sports. I worked as a school instructional assistant in a negative environment that did not help me grow. If I were to do school again it would have to be in physical education because I was put in subjects that were not my strongest suit.
