We recently connected with Cary Reichbach and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Cary thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
Leaving the military and transitioning into the civilian world is a difficult process in the best of circumstances. Adding in the factor of years spent accumulating such health detriments as experimental vaccinations like Anthrax, exposure to lead, explosives, and a multitude of other toxins, plus sleep disruption, Traumatic Brain Injury, and possible PTSD, you have a recipe for mental dysfunction.
While the US Department of Veterans Affairs officially lists the suicide rate for veterans at somewhere between 18 and 23 per day (4 times the national average), it is now far riskier for an American soldier to come home to the United States than it is to be in combat with our nation’s enemies.
I built Grey Team to rectify that and give our returning warriors their chance at the American dream.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
-See prior question-
Grey Team is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose sole mission is to support active-duty U.S. soldiers and military veterans by building and implementing solutions to reduce and eliminate military suicides.
Grey Team is the only privately funded program that is proven to facilitate and cultivate post-traumatic growth. It is through the generous donations of private citizens, as well as grants, that Grey Team continues to offer these therapeutic services to Veterans and active duty service members at no cost. Our goal is to help those most in need of healing by providing a place where they feel welcomed and safe so that they may restore health, peace, and happiness to their lives.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Grey Team does not have a “one size fits all” solution to post-military depression, anxiety, TBI, PTSD, suicidal ideation, or other conditions. Because we treat each military service member as an individual. We can pinpoint the root cause of their discomfort by using the latest, bleeding-edge technology coupled with basic fundamentals like fitness and nutrition. After treating over 600 service members, we have never lost even one to suicide, making our program one of the most uniquely effective in the United States.
Our reputation for excellence is undisputed and widely circulated within the military community.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Being the very best at what we do and allowing social media to spread the word for us.
