We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Carol Izaguirre a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Carol, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

Id like to begin by saying thank you for this interview I am exited to share my story.

I believe time is gold, time is something you will never get back and we have to take advantage of it.

I’ve been working a 9-5 job for about 6 years and I’ve seen how replaceable someone can be to an employer, I think that is one of the reason why I decide to open up my cleaning company and be my own boss.
I have been in the cleaning industry since I was about 15 years old.

I remember my aunt would take me to work with her to help her out cleaning houses which I enjoyed so much because it would gives me a sense of order and control, I love how focused I was during the whole cleaning and hey you also get to burn calories while working so it’s a win win lol.

I believe my mission it’s to help people weather it’s with they cleaning needs or just giving a positive opinion. I consider myself a very helpful person and I understand very well what a customer needs.

Oftentimes when it comes to cleaning companies a lot of them would promise and never deliver. That’s why it’s very important to be passionate about the work you do and make sure you give out quality work.

My biggest goal in life as a young mom is to:

1. secure a better life for my family and those close to me.

2. time freedom to spend more quality time with family.

3. have financial freedom

I want to finish this interview by saying to never give up on your dreams and goals just do it.
Alway push forward  despite of the daily struggles and burden that life throws at us.

I founded CJ CLEANING SERVICES WPB here in the WEST PALM BEACH area.

My company is driven by offering a higher level of professionalism. I take the extra time to ensure our day-to-day project and facilities management team fully addresses and anticipates our customer’s needs.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

What has worked for me is going out there and give out a business card or a flyer and cold callings. There is always someone that needs a cleaning service.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

The best source for new client would be referrals is one of the best way to get new clients.
