Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Carmo Ribeiro. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Carmo , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Crazy stuff happening is almost as certain as death and taxes – it’s technically “unexpected” but something unexpected happening is to be expected and so can you share a crazy story with our readers
We have been helping a lady for few years and close to her 100th birthday we found out she was one of the Rosie the Riveter during the war. We connected with a local Rosie the Riveter chapter, and we were able to plan a party for this lady in front of her house during the pandemic. We showed up with signs, balloon’s and we have some ladies dressed like Rosie. We sang and clap together. It was a special moment to see her face waving to us like a queen from her front window. Unforgettable!
Carmo , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
I had acquired this business with a partner more than 10 years ago. The partner decided to departure after three years. I kept the business open providing limited service while I was working full time in a corporation. Now I am working full time on the business and the business growing continuously. When you believe in what you preach is easy to keep going.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I believe the relationship built with our clients and family members has been paramount to build our reputation. In this type of business, we gain trust with time and word of mouth.
