Carly, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to start by getting your thoughts on what you are seeing as some the biggest trends emerging in your industry
the fun thing about the beauty industry is that there is always something new trending either a new makeup technique, facial machine, or skincare/beauty device. The biggest trend right now for my business has been Hydrafacials and brow lamination’s.

Hi, I’m Carly Popham! I’m a 23 year old licensed Esthetician and business owner located in my hometown Blackshear, GA. I discovered my passion and love for all things Esthetic at a very young age. While in high school I worked my first job at Merle Norman Cosmetics where I learned how to shade match customers, perform makeup on others, and get a feel of what it was like working in the industry I love. I have always dreamed of owning my own spa. So I turned that dream into a goal which then lead me to move to Valdosta, Ga at 19 years old where I would attend Esthetician School while also having the opportunity to work at a waxing salon as a receptionist and also learn social media marketing which I loved. I was then able to apprentice under an amazing Esthetician. I will forever be thankful for the two amazing mentors I had at that job. I gained so much knowledge, support and love from them. Now I am back home living my dream. Esthetic Central is the name of my spa, and we just celebrated a 1 year ribbon cutting ceremony. We are all things Esthetic located on central avenue. My mission is to help women feel and look their best. I fulfill that mission by offering a wide range of services such as, full body & face waxing, Hydrafacials, spray tanning, makeup application, laminating & tinting brows, dermaplaning and soon more!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
being genuine and having a passion oh helping others feel and look amazing. helping my clients with self love is always my favorite
