We recently connected with Carly Casella and have shared our conversation below.

Carly, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Are you happier as a business owner? Do you sometimes think about what it would be like to just have a regular job?

I am happier owning my own photography business because it allows me to have more creative freedom and control over my work. I have the ability to choose what kind of photography I want to specialize in and the types of clients I want to work with. Additionally, I can set my own schedule and work on my own terms. Being your own boss can be very fulfilling and rewarding, and it feels amazing that I am able to pursue my passion in a way that makes me happy.

Carly, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

As a young and talented wedding/couples photographer, I have been able to develop my skills and establish myself as a thriving photographer in the industry. From a young age, I had a passion for photography and was able to hone my craft by practicing and learning through my own experiences. I have a keen eye for capturing beautiful moments and making my clients feel comfortable and at ease during their shoots. My talent and hard work have clearly paid off, and I am dedicated to continuing to grow and learn as a photographer. I am excited to bring my unique perspective and skills to any project or client that comes my way.

I’m so grateful for my clients and supporters who have helped me grow and thrive as a photographer. Their trust and belief in my abilities have allowed me to pursue my passion and build a successful career. I’m thankful for their continued support and look forward to creating more beautiful memories together.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

For me, photography is all about capturing the beauty and love that exists in the world. I strive to make my clients feel beautiful and confident in front of the camera, and to capture moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. There’s something truly magical about being able to freeze a moment in time and create a lasting memory that can be cherished for years to come. I believe that everyone deserves to feel beautiful and loved, and I’m honored to be able to capture those emotions through my photography. It’s a privilege to be able to share in my clients’ most intimate moments and to create something truly special for them.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

My welcoming personality and love for photography have been instrumental in my growth within the photography market. I believe that creating a comfortable and relaxed environment for my clients is key to capturing their true essence and creating beautiful memories. My passion for photography is infectious, and I love sharing my knowledge and skills with others. I’m always looking for new ways to improve and innovate in my work, and I’m dedicated to making sure that my clients are happy and included in the creative process. By staying true to myself and my values, I’ve been able to build a loyal following and establish myself as a trusted and respected photographer.
